Work perfectly for my old dog
These pads have been great for our bunniesโ€ litter box. They handle pee, occasional spray, and even bits of dirt without any issues. They hold a lot and nothing has leaked through so far. For the cost, they are definitely worth it.
As a product reviewer, I'm constantly checking out new items for pets. So, when these Meteorite Pet Training Pads came my way, I was pretty keen to see how they'd hold up. This time, they were for my sister who fosters dogs (and for my own dog to use while visiting her house), since he can get a bit territorial over there. He has to have his own pad, or he'll be relegated to non-visitor status! My point is... "have pee pads, will travel" is sometimes exactly what we need when visiting somewhere our little 'angel' decides to lift his leg!In the past, I've used pet pads (not with this dog, but another dog), and those were very different from these. Pet pads have truly come a long way, and these definitely stand out as a high-quality option, proving that sometimes, spending a little more is absolutely worth it. They easily blow those flimsy economy pads out of the water.Features and Benefits: As soon as I got them, the attention to detail impressed me. These pads arrived double-wrapped (not each pad, but the entire package was sealed within another plastic layer), which is fantastic for hygiene and protection. I also really appreciate seeing a clear production date on the packaging. It tells me they're fresh and good for a full three years โ€“ a small but reassuring detail that speaks volumes about the brand. These pads have a seven-layer core for absorption. The diamond-shaped flow guiding grid on the surface is incredibly helpful; I'm glad I noticed it, as you can see it accelerating liquid absorption, which helps prevent puddles. Imagine! High-tech pet pads! And the blue print design on the non-woven fabric helps pets easily spot their designated potty area without messing with the pad's absorbency. Love that.Another big plus is the deodorizing factors. The product details mentioned 'apple scent,' which is a curious choice โ€“ but maybe it has to do with pH and urine, who knows? To my nose, it's a pleasant enough powder-like smell and genuinely contributes to keeping the pad fresh. (As pet owners, we know the house can sometimes smell like dog, or those who use pee pads know it can smell like 'other,' and we get used to it โ€“ within reason! It's a case-by-case basis. ๐) Anyhow, it definitely helps keep the indoor environment fresher. And those "inducing factors" truly encourage pets to use them, which is key for consistent training. And of course, the leak-proof PE bottom film is a must-have. It's highly effective, making you less nervous that urine will seep through to your floors.Quality: So, the quality of these pads is top-notch. They feel substantial, absorb liquid incredibly fast, and effectively lock away both moisture and odors. I've seen (and cleaned up after) plenty of pads in my time, and while I haven't used pads regularly in years since my last dog, I know good quality when I see it. These are a significant step up from those flimsy economy pads โ€“ both aesthetically and in their design. More importantly, they perform exactly as you'd hope. So, yes, they might cost a bit more, but for the performance and peace of mind you get, they're absolutely worth it.Recommend: These Meteorite Pet Training Pads are a genuinely great product. They offer a premium experience, whether you're dealing with new pet training (like my sister's foster dog angels) or just managing occasional indoor marking (like when my own dog visits and needs his own designated spot). Combining effective absorption, smart design, and reliable odor control, these pads are a highly recommended solution for any pet parent.
These pipi training pads are quite spacious for a puppy which, in a way, cover more area to prevent any accidents. In addition, they can be used multiple times if we have to leave for longer periods. I like that it includes blue designs as dogs can see the color and therefore identify the area more easily. The underneath corner stickers are a great addition to prevent it from moving, among other reasons, if being played with it by the puppy. So far we've had a great experience with these as it helps keeping our floors intact. I think the quality is great and the price reasonable.
